Flying Bark Productions is a prolific independent producer on the international stage  with a successful legacy of creating iconic animated children’s entertainment since 1968. We operate as a full-service production facility across feature films, television and a diverse range of digital content both short-form and longer-form. Our expertise is in producing projects from initial concept through to the red carpet première.

The team at Flying Bark endeavours to transform great ideas into incredible stories with a focus on developing compelling characters who translate to audiences locally and around the world. We specialise in development and pre-production and have one of the most experienced creative development teams in Australia. Our team produces original concepts and is also uniquely skilled at adapting both new and classic properties for the international market.

The 2017 launch of our TV series, Oh Yuck! rocketed Flying Bark into the wonderfully rich world of live-action production! With The Wild Adventures of Blinky Bill airing on Channel 7 & ABC in Australia and launching on KIKA in Germany in 2018, as well as across many other channels and platforms globally, Flying Bark’s star is well and truly shining.

2018 brings the anticipated international release of Maya 2, The Honey Games - the animated feature film sequel to the worldwide hit Maya The Bee, as well as the commencement of production on our next feature film, 100% Wolf!
